Service descriptions and prices are informational. They are not a binding offer. A separate written scope or agreement confirms fees, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments or host a checkout. Deposits and invoices, when agreed, are handled offline under a separate arrangement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit false or abusive content through forms.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we publish remain our property unless we assign rights in writing. Campaign assets created for a client are governed by the project agreement for that engagement.

Enquiries and forms

Submitting a form requests a conversation. It does not create a client relationship or reserve capacity until we confirm in writing.

Disclaimer

We aim for accurate information but do not warrant that content is complete or current for every retailer situation. Campaign outcomes depend on retailer approvals, field capacity, and factors outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
